The home owners of this property in Bibra Lake needed to replace the rotting roof timbers to the front of their home. The clients decided to take the opportunity to enclose their front yard for a bit more privacy along with having the works required carried out.

We started works by removing the rusting guttering to the front elevation of the home, along with the rotten timbers.

Our bricklayer built 2 brick columns for support to the new timbers to be installed as well as a brick wall which create a new private space for the owners.

The new roof timbers were then installed and painted, before the new Colourbond Red Manor guttering and downpipes were installed, matching the existing and finishing the project.
